 Böckler (1644-1698) was a German architect and engineer in Nürnberg where he specialised in  hydraulic architecture. The Architectura was his most important work in which he theorises about the  applications of hydrodynamics for fountains, water-jets and –heads with many designs of fountains. –  Modern hand col. copper engravings, 26,5 x 18 cm. Please note that 12 prints have a very small margin  on the lower right hand side but enough for framing except for #boc003 which is cropped into the image.
