A very interesting calendar leave for December depicting a man with a small table with die and a beaker. This is a late 18th century copy of a Roman calendar, originally published in the 4th century AD, possibly from the region of Nuremberg in Germany. There are several variations of this engraving with the text below omitted or presented in a different block. Very unusual!
