Gladky was a designer, graphic artist and architect, flourishing in the 1920's and 30's.
He was a prominent figure in the Art Deco movement and an innovator of modern abstract art, especially cubism. These pochoirs from his most prominent work combine vibrant colours with imaginative designs as well as incorporating animal shapes in his second series.
