These beautifully executed banknote cards were designed by the French Artist Auguste Lucien Bognard who was active in Paris around the turn of the XX. Century and were meant as collectibles, possibly as supplements in magazines or as cigarette cards. – Card size 7,5 x 10,5 cm. Printed on thick paper. Chromolithographs highlightened in gold. – Please note that this is a complete series of 24 cards. Though we are offering them separately, a price for the entire collection can be made.
